SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

 

Shipping

 

We offer delivery to all across UAE and India.  Orders placed online are typically processed to ship within 2 business days pending stock availability. Please allow 5 working days for delivery of customized orders. Shipping charges may apply for orders above AED 500. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures or unexpected delays. We strive to provide accurate delivery times and will keep you informed throughout the shipping process.           


Order Cancellation

 

You may be able to cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process". If order status is "shipped", it cannot be cancelled. 

 

Returns

 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unlaundered, with tags, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, customized or monogrammed products. Insignia also reserves the right to refuse the return of goods shipped after the return period or that are not in their original condition.

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received your return confirming its receipt. Following confirmation, your refund will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
